Day 3- Mon. July 2/18

It is another hot day at 7:30am in the morning. I had breakfast in Brighton and it was not a good one. The waitress was a one woman show, taking orders, clearing and cleaning tables, and serving food. The waitress w2ould only fill one of the water bottles with only half ice. I really appreciate Tim Horton's, great breakfast and water bottles full ice with water. I am going through 3 bottles of water and some G2 every two hours. I will fill up when I see a Tim Horton`s. When I passed Belleview, I noticed a lot of pot shops on the way. It was too bad they were closed...man. I had a nice swim in Nappanee where I decided to stay on Hwy 2 and turn off onto Hwy 7 to Hwy 33 to Bath. According to the map, this will take me along Lake Ontario. This was the best move ever. The water is right there, lots of trees and a nice breeze. I really couldn`t feel the heat. I went through towns of Millhaven and Amherstview. I stopped in Fairfield Park for a hotdog and asked about campgrounds and there isn`t any but north of Kingston. This park is beautiful, the water is right there and plenty of secluded areas to pitch a tent and it`s free. So I decided to stay. This is the second day without a beer. Not happy!!!!
I am now in Collins Bay having breakfast at Tims just outside of Kingston. I will take the ferry to Wolfe Isl and then to the States and back home.
Today ride- 132kms
Total- 390kms
